Privacy Policy

1. Data we receive

Before product delivery, OpenFalco receives information collected by Stripe, including customer email, subscription status, selected quantity, environment type, current Falco adoption status, and billing identifiers. Stripe processes payment card and billing data under its own privacy terms; OpenFalco does not receive full card numbers.

2. How we use data

We use this information to reconcile founding subscriptions, contact customers about delivery, provide refunds, prevent duplicate subscriptions, and plan the founding MVP. We do not sell personal information.

3. Website and measurement

The website is served through Cloudflare and our hosting infrastructure, which may process IP addresses and standard request logs for security and reliability. We use Google Search Console for aggregate search performance. The founding website does not install advertising trackers.

4. Future security events

The future connector is planned to send Falco alerts and operational health to the hosted control plane. Before that collection begins, this policy and product documentation will be updated with retention, deletion, tenancy, encryption, and access-control details.

5. Retention and requests

Founding subscription records are retained as needed for billing, tax, fraud prevention, delivery, and legal obligations. You may request access or deletion by contacting [email protected]; some transaction records must be retained where required by law.
