Terms of Service

Effective: July 11, 2026

1. Founding subscription

OpenFalco Founding Access is a paid monthly subscription for a product in development. It is not a currently delivered security service. Each selected quantity represents one intended protected Linux host or Kubernetes worker node at USD $9 per month.

2. Billing and cancellation

Your subscription starts and renews immediately through Stripe until canceled. You may use Stripe's hosted customer portal to view invoices, change node quantity, update payment details, or cancel. Quantity changes and cancellations follow the effective timing shown by Stripe before confirmation.

3. Delivery commitment

The first successful paid subscription starts a 30-calendar-day MVP delivery period. The target date will then be published on this website. The founding MVP is limited to fleet coverage health, grouped incident triage, and staged Falco rule rollout with rollback and audit history.

4. Missed deadline and refunds

If the founding MVP is not available by the published deadline, OpenFalco will deactivate founding sales, cancel active founding subscriptions, and refund all OpenFalco Founding Subscription charges in full. Refund timing after initiation is controlled by Stripe and the customer's financial institution.

5. Acceptable use and credentials

Do not send passwords, SSH keys, Kubernetes credentials, cloud keys, or other secrets through Checkout, email, or the founding website. The future service may only be used on systems you own or are authorized to monitor.

6. Product boundary

The founding MVP does not promise vulnerability scanning, Windows or macOS support, cloud posture management, attack graphs, SIEM functionality, automated process termination, or workload isolation.

7. Independence and trademarks

OpenFalco is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Linux Foundation, CNCF, the Falco project, or Sysdig. Falco is a trademark of The Linux Foundation. Other names belong to their respective owners.
